Mission Hills Parking Passes
Student Parking Passes are free.
Parking Application Requirements
1 Student need to complete a Smart Start Class and bring printed proof of completion. Click here for more information.
2 Bring in current proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and driving license.
3 Finance Office will distribute Parking Pass with completed application
Tickets will be given for infractions, such as:
1. PARKED IN A RED ZONE $25
2. PARKED WITHOUT A VALID PARKING PERMIT $25
3. FAILURE TO PROPERLY DISPLAY PERMIT $25
4. PARKING IN A RESERVED PARKING AREA $25
5. NO PERSON SHALL BE ALLOWED TO STOP, PARK OR LEAVE STANDING ANY VEHICLE, WHETHER
ATTENDED OR UNATTENDED FOR ANY REASON $25
6. PARKING IN AN AREA NOT DESIGNATED FOR PARKING $25
7. IMPROPER PARKING IN PARKING LOT $25
8. PARKED IN A HANDICAP AREA $275
If paid after 21 days, there is an increase in fine cost from $25 to $30 and $275 to $300, respectively.
Ticket Payment
You are in violation of the code section indicated on the front of the citation. You may respond to this citation in one of the following ways:

- Pay the fee amount by mail using the following address:

Payment by mail should be made by check or money order payable to the INDICATED SCHOOL. Please be sure to enter CITATION NUMBER and LICENSE NUMBER on your check. Out of state and two party checks are not acceptable. Your canceled check will be your receipt. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
- Appeal of citation can be made in writing through the MHHS assistant principals office.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Failure to respond to this citation within 21 days will result in:
- An increased bail amount as indicated in column B on front side of citation.
- A delinquency notice being mailed to registered owner of this vehicle.
Failure to respond to the delinquency notice within 10 days will result in:
- A further increase in the bail amount.
- The citation may be forwarded to the California Department of Motor Vehicles where a hold will be placed on the vehicle registration until all outstanding citations are paid in full or cleared by the issuing school.
